Hills, Brook and Dales Primary Care Network

We are part of Hills, Brook and Dales Primary Care Network (HBD PCN). The HBD PCN comprises of seven GP Practices.

These are: Brixton Hill Group Practice, Herne Hill Group Practice, Lambeth Healthcare, Knights Hill Surgery, Northwood Group Practice, Prentis Medical Centre and The Deerbrook Surgery.
