Please help us by committing to the following
- Please keep appointments made or cancel in good time so another patient may benefit from the appointment.
- Remember home visits are for patients who are housebound-it is not guaranteed that a clinician will visit unless the request is deemed appropriate.
- Follow up on test requests a week after your test. Remembering that should there be any abnormalities you will be contacted by the surgery promptly.
- Use the automated patient check in on the wall adjacent to the reception desk, on arrival for your appointment or report to the practice support team to be arrived.
- Remember that if you are late for your appointment the clinician may not be able to see you and you will be asked to rebook.
- Bear with us if there is a delay. This is probably due to another patient requiring additional time at an emergency. We will try to keep you informed of delays.
